Every stage has a clear purpose.

We do not work by inspiration alone. References, materials, measurements, finishing and timelines are organised so the client knows where the project stands and what needs to be decided before production.

Process

From briefing to final piece, with method and detail.

Briefing and references

We receive images, drawings, sample garments, technical files or a simple description of what needs to be developed. At this stage we define purpose, use, quantities, materials and finishing level.

Technical review

We assess construction, proportions, fabric, details, production difficulties and the best production path. When needed, we suggest adjustments to improve result, cost and feasibility.

Prototype or sample

We develop the first piece to test fit, structure, measurements, finishing and visual reading. This is the right stage to correct details before production.

Production preparation

Once the piece is approved, we organise materials, sewing sequence, instructions, quality control and final details to keep consistency.

Manufacturing and control

Production is followed with attention to finishing, proportions, labels, pressing and final presentation.

Delivery and continuity

We deliver the project ready and leave a clear base for future reorders, new capsules, adjustments or development of other pieces.
